Currently, as Marketing Administrator for Centex Destination Properties, one of my core responsibilities was steering the Online Marketing efforts and strategies for all of our communities statewide. Below are some of my recent contributions: 1) Re-vamping and re-branding the main portal page: www.cdphawaii.com to include a re-sale and brokers' page. 2) Search Engine Optimization strategies and efforts of all community sites: www.koolinabeachvillas.com, www.haliikai.com, www.koolinakai.com, www.koolinahillsidevillas.com, and www.koleahawaii.com . 3) Setting up and monitoring the Google Pay Per Click Campaign to increase quality traffic and leads to individual community websites. 4) Writing, creating and sending out email blasts and e-newsletter to prospects, buyers and owners of Centex Destination Properties to inform them about new sales events, construction updates, etc. Sample e-mail blasts that I have created: E-mail Invite to Summer Nanea Beach Party 2006 Centex Destination Properties Hawaii's E-Newsletter E-mail blasts for sales events of Beach Villas at Ko Olina, Ko Olina Kai, Ko Olina Hillside Villas, Hali'i Kai, and Kolea. While pursuing my master's degree at HPU, I was also working as a part-time marketing assistant at Center for Graduate Studies for 2 years. My responsibilities at HPU include: 1) Updating and providing content for HPU's master's degree Web site at www.hpu.edu/grad. 2) Linking, updating, and providing content (profile of the school, student testimonials, demographic, images, etc.) to external Web sites for marketing purposes, such as Princeton Review, Peterson's.Com, etc. 3) E-mail blasts / HTML Campaign - Planning, writing, creating html e-mails in Dreamweaver MX, to be sent out as e-mail blasts to potential students / leads / applicants, as part of an ongoing E-marketing effort and communications. Online marketing plays a vital role as HPU's main mode of communication with its diverse student body from all around the world. 4) Research - Conducting research on the Internet to constantly keep abreast of the ranking of HPU and its marketing partners in popular search engines such as Google, Yahoo!, MSN, etc. Thank you for taking the time to view my online portfolio and please feel free to take a look at my online resume and contact me if you have any questions.
